First off, I was acknowledge immediately by Elizabeth. I did not have to wait and wonder if I was invisible. She directed me to the proper place I needed to go and they quickly got me scheduled for a oil change. I had questions and they directed me to Carl and he immediately found the answers to my questions. Bottom line I never had to wait around wondering if anyone was going to help me or not. Everyone was very friendly and they accomplished this while remaining professional. Is it naive of me to hope this kind of Customer Service ...

After seeing the Sequioa I had been looking for, Jack contacted me as soon as he was able. This happened as Midland was experiencing a storm that left the city without power, water - totally unprepared for the weather. In spite of that, he helped me through every step and provided answers to every question & concern.
