Had appointment @ 1:30 for oil change & tire rotation. Took to long, wasn't done until about 4:30. Other than that service was good & personnel were very cordial. Just took excessive time for this easy type service.

After seeing the Sequioa I had been looking for, Jack contacted me as soon as he was able. This happened as Midland was experiencing a storm that left the city without power, water - totally unprepared for the weather. In spite of that, he helped me through every step and provided answers to every question & concern.

Brandon Utley was amazing right from the beginning. Luz and Brandon made sure to look out in what would work great for me and my family. They went above and beyond in what i was looking for and they made sure that nothing would delay the process of me getting my first new car. I'm definitely going to refer family and friends to the Cadillac dealership and the Sewell Ford dealership.
